- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Soak potato fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry thoroughly.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if necessary).
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Immediately toss hot fries with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if using.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For extra crispiness, ensure fries are well-dried before seasoning.
