A delightful sweet treat that combines the flavors of blueberry pie with the creamy richness of fudge.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 20 oz white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cook blueberries with lemon and cornstarch until thick. Strain and set aside.
- Line 8×8 pan with greased parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate, milk, butter, and salt in double boiler until smooth.
- Fold in most of the blueberry filling, leaving some for the top. Don’t overmix.
- Pour into the pan, dot with the remaining filling, and swirl. Chill for 2 hours.
- Remove from the pan, peel off the paper, and slice.
Notes
- This recipe works best with fresh blueberries.
- Make sure not to overmix the fudge mixture to keep a nice swirl effect.
