Description

A delightful sweet treat that combines the flavors of blueberry pie with the creamy richness of fudge.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 oz white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook blueberries with lemon and cornstarch until thick. Strain and set aside.
  2. Line 8×8 pan with greased parchment paper.
  3. Melt white chocolate, milk, butter, and salt in double boiler until smooth.
  4. Fold in most of the blueberry filling, leaving some for the top. Don’t overmix.
  5. Pour into the pan, dot with the remaining filling, and swirl. Chill for 2 hours.
  6. Remove from the pan, peel off the paper, and slice.

Notes

  • This recipe works best with fresh blueberries.
  • Make sure not to overmix the fudge mixture to keep a nice swirl effect.
