- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce or extra Alfredo sauce (for dipping, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a Bundt pan or a large oven-safe dish with non-stick spray or butter.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces to create bite-sized dough chunks.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Gently toss the biscuit pieces in the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
- Evenly layer the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan, ensuring the biscuit pieces are well distributed.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Drizzle over the top of the bread.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 190°F (88°C) to ensure the dough is fully baked.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before turning it out onto a serving plate.
