  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Once the olive oil is hot, sprinkle in the garlic powder, black pepper, and salt, stirring to combine.
  3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet, stirring occasionally until it becomes slightly crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat and set the crispy rice aside to cool for a few minutes.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded cooked chicken.
  6. Add the chopped romaine lettuce to the bowl with the chicken.
  7. Pour the Caesar dressing into the bowl with the chicken and lettuce, then toss everything together until evenly coated.
  8. Once the crispy rice has cooled slightly, add it to the bowl with the chicken, lettuce, and Caesar dressing.
