- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup croutons (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Prepare Chicken: If you haven’t cooked chicken already, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill or sauté until fully cooked. Slice or shred it once cooled.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add Dressing: Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Season: Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if necessary.
- Finish with Croutons: If desired, sprinkle croutons on top for added crunch.
- Garnish: Add a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a pop of color.
- Serve: Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
