A delicious and refreshing pasta salad featuring dill pickles for a unique twist.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (shells or rotini)
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ small red onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and cool.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Dice dill pickles and red onion while pasta cools.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with diced veggies and fresh dill.
- Pour dressing over the salad and gently fold until well-coated.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, let the salad chill longer if possible.
- May substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or celery for extra crunch.
