Description

A quick and delicious overnight recipe for creamy Coconut Chia Pudding.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon oats
  • 4 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to an airtight container and mix well.
  2. Store the container in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Before serving, mix the pudding well again.
  4. Serve with additional Greek yogurt on top and a sprinkle of shredded coconut. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup and Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt.
  • You can adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less honey.
