A delicious and minty version of the popular Shamrock Shake, perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day or satisfying your minty cravings any time of year!
Ingredients

- 6 cups vanilla ice cream (1.5 quart container)
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 3/4 tsp pure mint extract
- 1/8 tsp green food coloring (approximately 10–15 drops of liquid food coloring)
- whipped cream – for serving
- green sanding or sparkling sugar – for serving
- maraschino cherries – for serving
Instructions
- Add ice cream, milk, mint extract and food coloring to large blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses.
- Top with whipped cream, green sugar and a cherry, if desired.
Notes
- For best results, use mint extract rather than peppermint extract to achieve the desired flavor.
- Adjust the amount of food coloring based on your preferred shade of green.
- This shake can be made in smaller batches if your blender is not large enough.
