Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread, slightly melted
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Process Biscoff cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
  2. Add slightly melted Biscoff spread to the crumbs and pulse until a thick paste forms. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes to firm up.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls (about 0.5 oz each) and place on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate until firm, approximately 1 hour.
  4. Place chopped milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate using a fork, then place back on the tray. Drizzle with remaining chocolate and allow to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
