Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roast the Grapes: In a baking dish, combine the grapes with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toss to coat evenly. Roast the grapes in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are blistered and soft. Stir halfway through for even roasting. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  3. Whip the Ricotta: In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, whip the mixture until smooth, creamy, and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
