Description

Creamy Spinach Turkey Meatballs are tender ground turkey meatballs made delicious with the addition of fresh spinach and a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, and garlic powder. Form into meatballs.
  2. Brown meatballs in a skillet, then set aside.
  3. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Stir in cream, stock, and Parmesan.
  4. Return meatballs to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
