- 1/3 cup hot honey

- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, crumbled feta, minced garlic, and olive oil until well mixed.
- Coat each chicken breast thoroughly in the panko-feta mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
