  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to your heat preference)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 1 tablespoon water (optional, for cornstarch slurry)

Instructions

  1. Slice kielbasa into ½-inch rounds. For extra flavor, briefly brown in a skillet (optional).
  2. In your slow cooker, whisk together brown sugar, ketchup, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Add kielbasa to the sauce and gently stir to coat all pieces. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours.
