Description
A delicious and customizable Crunch Wrap Supreme Taco that combines seasoned beef, fresh vegetables, and creamy toppings all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning or 1 packet
- 1/4 cup water
- 12 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 6 tostada shells
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cups grated Mexican cheese blend
- Salsa (optional)
- Pico de gallo (optional)
- Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain and return to pan. Add garlic, taco seasoning, and water, and cook for 4-5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
- Heat tortillas in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to soften and make folding easier. Heat nacho cheese sauce according to the jar’s directions. Lay 1 tostada in the center of a flour tortilla and cut out a circle. Repeat with 5 more tortillas and set aside.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat and begin building the wrap by layering taco meat, nacho cheese, and a tostada. Cover with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Place the small tortilla circle on top and fold up the edges of the large tortilla.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the wrap over and continue cooking until golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Serve immediately with toppings of your choice. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

- Adjust the spice level by using mild or spicy taco seasoning.
- For a healthier option, use lean ground turkey or chicken.
