Instructions

  1. Preheat mini waffle maker until fully hot.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk cheddar cheese, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and ham until the mixture is thoroughly blended and smooth.
  3. Pour approximately 1/4 of the batter into the center of the waffle maker, close the lid, and cook until the chaffle is golden brown and easily releases from the plates.
  4. Repeat cooking process with remaining batter to yield four chaffles in total.
  5. Slice each chaffle into sticks using a sharp knife and serve while hot.
