Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and pat dry all vegetables.
- Dice cucumbers and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and herbs.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes before serving if desired.
