A delicious twist on a classic grilled cheese sandwich, combining crispy bacon, tangy dill pickles, and two types of cheese.

- 2 slices bacon
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 slices dill pickles
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the bacon using your preferred method. Drain the bacon on a paper towel.
- Butter each slice of bread on one side only with butter or mayonnaise if using.
- Place the bread butter-side down on a hot skillet. Top with the cheddar cheese slices, bacon, dill pickle slices, and Swiss cheese. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook over medium-low heat, flipping halfway until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the butter.
- You can use other types of cheese if desired.
- Feel free to add more pickles for a stronger dill flavor.
