Description

Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Skewers are a tangy and flavorful BBQ treat made with marinated chicken and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the dill pickle juice, ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Serve warm with additional ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • Soaking wooden skewers in water prevents them from burning on the grill.
  • Marinating the chicken longer enhances the flavor.
  • These skewers pair well with fresh vegetables or a salad.
