Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the dill pickle juice, ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve warm with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
- Soaking wooden skewers in water prevents them from burning on the grill.
- Marinating the chicken longer enhances the flavor.
- These skewers pair well with fresh vegetables or a salad.
