Description

  • 16 oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss together mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Tear off 4 sheets of aluminum foil and divide the mushroom mixture evenly among the sheets.
