- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss together mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Tear off 4 sheets of aluminum foil and divide the mushroom mixture evenly among the sheets.
- Fold the foil over the mushrooms and crimp the edges to create sealed packets.
- Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Carefully open the packets, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
