A refreshing treat made with a blend of cherry soda and cola, swirled with vanilla ice cream and topped with cherries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cherry soda
  • 1 cup cola
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen cherries
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the popsicle molds by rinsing them if using silicone.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry soda and cola; stir gently to maintain fizz.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream into each mold, pressing down lightly.
  4. Pour the cherry cola mixture into each mold until nearly full, leaving space at the top.
  5. Add one or two cherries on top of each mold for extra flavor.
  6. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.

Notes

  • For best results, let the popsicles sit at room temperature for a few minutes before trying to remove them from the molds.
