Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Boil the linguine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the noodles in the creamy sauce.

Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute the sirloin steak with another cut of your choice.
