Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly pink.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  7. In a bowl, combine mozzarella, breadcrumbs, and oregano. Sprinkle over shrimp.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
