Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms; it should be slightly sticky.
- On a floured surface, knead gently for about one minute, then divide into equal portions and shape each into a round ball with a hole in the center.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool on a wire rack before serving.

- For added flavor, consider adding herbs or seasoning to the dough.
