Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
- To make the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
- Add Parmesan and Dijon mustard to the cream. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface.
- Grill chicken pieces for 3–4 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked through.
- Transfer chicken to a serving dish. Drizzle with warm garlic cream sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Adjust the amount of garlic in the sauce according to your preference.
- This dish pairs well with a side of vegetables or rice.
