Description
A delightful and easy Halloween treat made in a crockpot with white chocolate, peanuts, and fun mix-ins.
Ingredients
Scale
- 20 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
- 8 ounces dry roasted peanuts
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
- 2 tablespoons Halloween sprinkles
- Optional edible eyeballs
Instructions
- Place white chocolate melting wafers into the base of the crockpot.
- Add dry roasted peanuts on top of the melted chocolate, cover, and cook on low for about 1 hour, stirring once halfway through.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside; have a second sheet ready if necessary.
- Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then gently stir in Reese’s Pieces until evenly distributed; the mixture may crackle.
- Using a 3-tablespoon cookie scoop, drop evenly spaced portions onto the lined baking sheet. Add Halloween sprinkles and edible eyeballs as desired.
- Refrigerate the candies for at least 1 hour until firm.
Notes
- Make sure to stir the mixture gently to avoid breaking the Reese’s Pieces.
- You can use other types of chocolate wafers for different flavors.
