Description

A delightful and easy Halloween treat made in a crockpot with white chocolate, peanuts, and fun mix-ins.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
  • 8 ounces dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Halloween sprinkles
  • Optional edible eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Place white chocolate melting wafers into the base of the crockpot.
  2. Add dry roasted peanuts on top of the melted chocolate, cover, and cook on low for about 1 hour, stirring once halfway through.
  3. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside; have a second sheet ready if necessary.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then gently stir in Reese’s Pieces until evenly distributed; the mixture may crackle.
  5. Using a 3-tablespoon cookie scoop, drop evenly spaced portions onto the lined baking sheet. Add Halloween sprinkles and edible eyeballs as desired.
  6. Refrigerate the candies for at least 1 hour until firm.

Notes

  • Make sure to stir the mixture gently to avoid breaking the Reese’s Pieces.
  • You can use other types of chocolate wafers for different flavors.
