Description

Delicious ham and cheese sliders on pretzel buns, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 9 pretzel Hawaiian slider buns
  • 9 ounces deli ham
  • 4 large slices marble jack or cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×9-inch pan with aluminum foil. Slice the pretzel slider buns in half and place the bottoms into the lined pan.
  3. Top the bottom halves of the buns with deli ham and slices of marble jack or cheddar cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard and honey. Spread the mixture over the top halves of the buns.
  5. Microwave butter in a small bowl for 30-60 seconds until melted. Use a brush to spread melted butter over the top of the pretzel buns.
  6. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the sliders are hot and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve the sliders while hot and enjoy.
