  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup prosciutto (optional)
  • 23 tablespoons balsamic reduction

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by chopping the tomatoes and peaches or nectarines into equal, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, vinegar, and your choice of seasonings. Mix well and taste, adjusting with more salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Assemble the Salad: In a large serving bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, peaches, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil. Pour the dressing over and mix well.
  4. Add Finishing Touches: Gently lay slices of prosciutto across the top and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
