A refreshing drink using Himalayan pink salt that may aid in weight loss.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of filtered water (room temperature or warm)
- 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (natural with mother)
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Concentrate (Optional): Fill a jar with a few tablespoons of pink Himalayan salt. Cover the salt with filtered water, leaving some space at the top. Seal and let sit for 12–24 hours until salt saturates the water.
- In the morning, add 1 teaspoon of the concentrate (or 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt directly) to a large glass of room-temperature or warm water (8–12 ounces or 250–350 mL).
- Add fresh lemon juice or 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar for flavor, and 1 teaspoon raw honey for taste (optional).
- Stir well and drink slowly.
- It is recommended to drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Some people split it into two servings (morning and midday).
Notes
- The water is fully saturated when salt crystals remain undissolved at the bottom.
- Honey adds calories, so consider that if caloric intake is a concern.
