- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
- 1–2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir until smooth.
- Add in the apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all spices are well combined.
- Slowly drizzle in the hot honey while stirring to incorporate.
- For an extra kick, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of your favorite hot sauce and mix until fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning or heat level to your preference by adding more hot honey or hot sauce if desired.
- Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
