- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Pat dry the steak with paper towels, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.
- Place the steak bites in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pan.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Return the steak bites to the pan, coat in the garlic butter, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy immediately!
