Description
July Chocolate Covered Strawberries are a sweet delight perfect for summer celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh strawberries, rinsed and dried
- 12 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother melting)
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate, covering about 3/4 of the berry.
- Immediately dip the tip of the berry into a bowl of red, white, and blue sprinkles or sprinkle them over the chocolate while it’s still wet.
- Place dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Serve chilled or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a smoother chocolate coating, use coconut oil or shortening.
