Delicious and low-carb Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls that everyone will love, combining savory ground beef and melted cheese in a delightful roll.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it apart with a spatula. Once browned, add sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir, then add cream cheese, stirring until fully melted.
  4. Create 8 evenly spaced circles using 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on the baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove cheese circles, cool for 1 minute, then place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture on each circle and roll them up. Allow cooling for 2-3 minutes to set.

Notes

  • Work quickly when assembling the roll-ups while the cheese is pliable.
  • Spacing the cheese circles is important as they will spread during baking.
