Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon zest, juice, vanilla, and sour cream.
  5. Fold in blueberries and pour filling over the crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is slightly set.
  7. Cool completely, then refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
