Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour (3 cups)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients—flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Using a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Incorporate the vanilla extract and buttermilk on low speed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the lemon juice and zest.
- Toss the blueberries with a tablespoon of flour and gently fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and let it set before slicing.
