Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken slices with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the Zoodles: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add spiralized zucchini and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Combine: Return chicken to the skillet, add lemon juice, and toss everything together.
