Instructions

  1. Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and minced garlic; let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add seasoned chicken and cook for 6 minutes per side until golden brown (165°F).
