Ingredients

- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss well and serve chilled.
