- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Greek yogurt, coffee beans, and chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
- In a mason jar, whisk milk, coffee, and cocoa powder, then add chia seeds and maple syrup.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Top with your chosen toppings.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness with more or less maple syrup as desired.
- For a vegan option, use plant-based milk and yogurt.
- This pudding can be made ahead of time for an easy breakfast.
