A refreshing drink that combines the benefits of apple cider vinegar, lemon, and ginger to aid in weight loss.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Mix the ACV and lemon juice in a glass.
- Add ginger and honey, stir until the honey dissolves.
- Pour in warm water and sip slowly (best enjoyed on an empty stomach!).
Notes
- Honey is optional, can be omitted for a lower-calorie drink.
- This drink is best enjoyed first thing in the morning.
