- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

- Gel food coloring (pastel shades)
- Candy corn or sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a cupcake tray with liners.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract; mix until soft peaks form.
- Divide mixture into bowls, tint each with gel food coloring to desired pastel shades.
- Spoon colored cheesecake mixtures into cupcake liners, layering or swirling as desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
- Top with candy corn or sprinkles before serving.
