Ingredients

- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon)
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional for sweetness)
Instructions
- Pour warm water into a glass.
- Add 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice.
- Stir in 1 tsp raw honey (optional).
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach for maximum benefits.
