Description

Indulge in the savory delight of Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese, a delicious combination of tender pulled pork, gooey cheddar cheese, and crispy bread.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pulled pork, divided
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, or to taste
  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Place the pulled pork in a bowl. Add BBQ sauce and toss until combined.
  2. Butter each slice of bread on one side. In a skillet over medium heat, place one slice of bread butter-side down.
  3. Add a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by a portion of the pulled pork mixture.
  4. Place another slice of cheddar cheese on top of the pulled pork and finish with a second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Cook the sandwich on the first side for 5-7 minutes until the bread is browned.
  6. Flip and cook the other side for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
