- 1 cup pulled pork, divided
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, or to taste
- 4 slices bread
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Place the pulled pork in a bowl. Add BBQ sauce and toss until combined.
- Butter each slice of bread on one side. In a skillet over medium heat, place one slice of bread butter-side down.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by a portion of the pulled pork mixture.
- Place another slice of cheddar cheese on top of the pulled pork and finish with a second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook the sandwich on the first side for 5-7 minutes until the bread is browned.
- Flip and cook the other side for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
