Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cooked pasta or rice for serving
Instructions
- Season salmon and shrimp with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil, cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink.
- Sauté garlic and onion until soft.
- Add cream, simmer, and stir in cheese until thick.
- Return seafood to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Serve over pasta or rice, garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the level of Cajun seasoning to taste.
- For a lighter option, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
