Instructions

  1. Season salmon and shrimp with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil, cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Sauté garlic and onion until soft.
  5. Add cream, simmer, and stir in cheese until thick.
