Ingredients

- 200g pasta shells
- 150g cooked shrimp
- 100g crab meat
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños.
- This salad can be made a day in advance; just add the dressing before serving.
