Description

A refreshing Seafood Pasta Salad packed with flavorful ingredients, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 200g pasta shells
  • 150g cooked shrimp
  • 100g crab meat
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
