Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly. Once cool enough to handle, chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, dill, and celery salt (if using). Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add the chopped shrimp to the sauce and gently toss until well-coated. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as desired.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the brioche buns until golden brown on the inside. Alternatively, you can lightly butter the buns and toast them in a toaster oven for a buttery finish.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into each brioche bun, ensuring an even distribution of shrimp and sauce.
- Garnish with extra chopped parsley or dill and a wedge of lemon on the side for a fresh touch.
