A delicious and easy recipe for spinach and feta quiche, perfect for any meal.

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until translucent.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Stir in the sautéed spinach and onion mixture, along with the crumbled feta cheese.
- Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and pour the spinach and feta mixture into the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Great for brunch or as a light dinner.
- Can substitute cottage cheese for feta for a different flavor.
