  • 2 tbsp strawberry puree
  • 12 tsp milk

Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk and yeast, and let activate.
  2. Combine with flour, eggs, butter, and sugar to form dough.
  3. Knead until smooth and let rise until doubled.
  4. Roll out dough, cut into rounds, and let rise again.
  5. Fry in hot oil (350°F) until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
  6. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth for the filling.
  7. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and milk to a smooth consistency.
  8. Fill each donut with cheesecake filling using a piping bag.
  9. Dip tops into strawberry glaze and let set.
