Ingredients

- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
- ½ cup warm milk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp strawberry puree
- 1–2 tsp milk
Instructions
- Mix warm milk and yeast, and let activate.
- Combine with flour, eggs, butter, and sugar to form dough.
- Knead until smooth and let rise until doubled.
- Roll out dough, cut into rounds, and let rise again.
- Fry in hot oil (350°F) until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth for the filling.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and milk to a smooth consistency.
- Fill each donut with cheesecake filling using a piping bag.
- Dip tops into strawberry glaze and let set.

- Ensure oil is at the correct temperature to avoid greasy donuts.
- Store leftover donuts in an airtight container.
