- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Cream the butter until smooth and fluffy using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk to the butter mixture, mixing well until fully incorporated.
- Slowly add the flour and baking powder to the butter mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll small amounts of dough into balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bottoms are slightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly, then dust each with confectioner’s sugar for a light, snowy coating.
Notes
- Do not overmix the dough to ensure a tender cookie.
- Check the cookies frequently toward the end of the baking time to prevent overbaking.
