- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (toasted if preferred)
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- 1 tablespoon powdered sweetener (monk fruit, or any sweetener of choice)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper (adjust to taste)

Notes
- Toasting the walnuts enhances their flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness of the dressing according to your preference.
