Instructions
- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and egg together in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and brown them in a skillet.
- In a separate pot, simmer coconut milk, red curry paste, and fish sauce.
- Add the browned meatballs to the sauce and let them simmer for 10 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
